Friday, January 20, 2012 at 3:56PM The mauka-bound lane will be closed from Queen Ka‘ahumanu Highway to Henry Street for up to two months. No right turns allowed on to Palani Rd from the Queen Ka‘ahumanu intersection. Motorists are asked to use Henry Street starting Tuesday.
Friday, January 20, 2012 at 1:40PM Only right turns will be allowed on to Palani Rd from Henry Street starting this afternoon. This will be in effect up to two months. Signs will be posted on Henry St before the U-Turn alerting motorists of no left turns at the intersection.
